As Chairman of the Executive Board, Sebastian Klein leads Klein AG – he has been with the company for more than 20 years and has carried it into the present as the second generation. His deep understanding of the baby industry and close collaboration with internationally renowned brands such as Owlet and Baby Brezza form the foundation of his work on the board. He is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, sales and investments.

As Executive Board member for Marketing, Franziska Klein is responsible for brand management at Klein AG. Before joining the company three years ago, she gained extensive experience in brand management at Unilever and Beiersdorf, leading international brands. She now brings this expertise to the further development of the Klein AG brands and their market presence.

Klein AG is a stock corporation with a supervisory board – chaired by the founder.
Gerd F. Klein founded the company in 1987 and thus laid the foundation for what Klein AG is today. As a dedicated design enthusiast, he has from the outset brought a particular sense for high-quality products to the company’s direction. Today he remains actively involved as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and accompanies the company as an experienced supervisory body.
Frank Oelschläger founded the logistics company Gilog, which is now part of the Pfenning Group. With his established expertise in logistics and entrepreneurship, he strengthens the Supervisory Board of Klein AG and contributes valuable input from his many years of operational and entrepreneurial experience.
Manhard Gerber founded the tax advisory firm Gerber & Kollegen, which is now part of the RTC Group. As a recognised authority on tax matters, he brings his many years of professional expertise to the Supervisory Board of Klein AG and supports the company with sound advice on financial and tax topics.
